TERMS OF PURCHASE
Dear users, please read the following conditions carefully before using our services. Each visit to our site, as well as a purchase, means that you have read these terms and that you agree with them in full. Security of Your Personal Data
On behalf of The Serbian Society for Computational Mechanics, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All The Serbian Society for Computational Mechanics employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. The payment card information is not available to our system for a single moment.
CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCT
Confirmation of the purchase of the right to participate in the conference is sent to the buyer by email.
VAT STATEMENT
All prices include VAT and there are no additional or hidden costs. The Serbian Society for Computational Mechanics, Kragujevac is not in the VAT system.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Serbian Society for Computational Mechanics is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request. All registrations are final. Registration this year for BIBE 2024 is non-refundable.
CLAIMS POLICY
Complaints are not common and can be initiated in case of misuse of the card, possibly due to force majeure. Please contact us by email bibe@kg.ac.rs and we will resolve your complaint in direct communication as soon as possible.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA
The Serbian Society for Computational Mechanics, Kragujevac undertakes not to request and archive from the User, in any electronic form, data related to the payment card used for the transaction, especially the card number, expiration date, CVC2 and CVV number , etc.
